From September to December 2025, the “Barro Mexicano” season invites a journey back to the earth as origin, matter, and metaphor.

This season is both exploration and escape, it inspires, holds, and transforms.

Through sequences that evoke fire, moisture, and natural textures, the season translates essence into flavor.

The experience begins with gestures reminiscent of the market, bites eaten by hand, served on warm clay griddles, and evolves toward more intimate preparations, where corn, leaves, and smoke converse with memory.

It concludes with an earthy, luminous moment, where clay becomes memory, and the experience lingers.
